Often used in food processing and in packaging applications, a ribbon burner is composed of tube, the length of which is determined by the application, where premixed gas and air may escape through a series of holes at the crown of the tube. The result is a long row of flame. Ribbon burners are excellent for low temperature convection ovens in a variety of sizes, and can often be customized for special shapes (rather than the simple "line").
