Description

The ESW series are flat flame nozzle-mix gas burners. The high velocity combustion air flow produces a vortex inside the refractory block where the gas mixes with the air to produce a high rate of combustion. The parabolic shape of the block and the centrifugal force generated by the rotating movement of the air spreads the flame against the cone wall and against the wall of the furnace, transferring heat radially to the refractory block.

The ESW burners are suitable for applications in which axial flame transference is not desired or optimal. Any load inserted in front of the burner is preserved, and there is no flame impingement. ESW burners create a very high heat exchange between the furnace and the load due to flame turbulence and radial movement.
