Kromschröder gas and air valves are perfect for nearly every situation. Designed for rigorous use and the maximum amount of open/close cycles, these valves make economical sense for pulse-firing and modulating systems alike.

BVHM butterfly valves mount to Kromschröder's MB actuators with the help of Thermal Products & Solutions' attachment set. Field operation of BVHM butterfly valves has been reported at over 20 million cycles – making them the top choice for pulse-fire operation! The MB actuator features a blue LED which indicates the operating state of the BVHM, and is incredibly easy to set for low- and high-fire positions. With a variety of BVHM sizes and MB actuating speeds, you're guaranteed to find the perfect combination for your process!

BVG butterfly valves are perfect for regulating gas or air flow rates for continuous control and pulse-fire processes. Engineered to mount directly onto IC 20 and IC 40 actuators, accessories are also available which allow manual manipulation. Available in 1x and 2x reduced nominal diameters, BVGs can deliver higher control accuracy, without complex reducing fittings!

BVH and BVHS butterfly valves are used for processes that require the very precise adjustment of the flow rate or low leakage. Once the BVH is mounted to the IC 40 actuator, the valve disc may be moved to the required angle with almost zero hysteresis! The BVHS has all the features of the BVH, but with the added bonus of a safety closing function. Used with the IC 40S, this valve ensures that, in the event of a main power failure, the valve closes to prevent air streaming into the furnace.

VGP solenoid valves are for automatic shut-off, and are normally closed. All models are quick opening and closing and for use with gas and air. Available in threaded sizes 3/8” to 1” NPT.

VR solenoid valves are for the pulse-firing of industrial burners in cold-air operating mode. VRs are available in quick opening/closing and slow opening/closing versions, and with threaded sizes 1 ½”, 2”, and 2 ½” NPT. Versions featuring a proof of closure switch and versions with a bypass plug are available upon request.

VAN magnetic relief valves are solenoid valves for blowing off excess or leakage gas on valve proving controls. Normally open for use with gas and air, the VAN is available in threaded sizes ½”, ¾”, 1”, and 1 ½” NPT.

RV control valves and RVS control valves (with built-in solenoid valve) are part of the Moduline family of components. RV and RVS control valves are used for the control of continuously regulated burner processes, can be used with either gas or air, and feature a control ratio of 100:1. These valves are available with a wide variety of options, in either Moduline 2 and Moduline 3 sizes (for use with Moduline flanges) or ANSI flange sizes (RV: 2” to 4”; RVS: 2” & 2 ½”).

The BVG is a butterfly valve with reduced nominal diameter (reduced by one or two nominal sizes) and can be used to achieve higher control accuracy. This will mean that complex reducing fittings will no longer be required.
