After our stay in Treviso, we headed towards Bergamo to visit the main offices of our partners at ESA. There was an accident on the highway, so we took an alternative route, causing us to be over an hour late. Bergamo is a unique city— there is a historic neighborhood upon a hill, surrounded by a more modern area. It’s a very picturesque place.
We were greeted by the team at ESA, and given a tour of their facilities. They showed us some new developments, gave instructions in some of their electronic devices, and discussed business. The team members at ESA are very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their products. We learned a lot from their demonstrations, and were excited by their developments.
While we were in Bergamo, our lost luggage was delivered to the hotel we had stayed at in Treviso. The team at ESA was generous enough to have our bags delivered to us at their offices. We can’t thank ESA enough for their hospitality in this kind act. At the conclusion of our meetings with ESA, members from both the Olsträd and ESA teams went for a nice dinner.
We are always happy to visit our partners. There is always so much to learn, and communication is always much more natural in person. We’re already looking forward to the next time we see our friends at ESA!
