ESA FC Industrial Package Burners

ESA FC Industrial Package Burners

Industrial Package Burners

ESA FC Industrial Package burners are lightweight, compact burners. They’re used in low-temperature processes, and the combustion air is supplied by a mounted blower. The air flow is fixed, and thermoregulation is achieved by altering the gas flow.

Fixed air and modulated gas control guarantee excellent flame stability in all operating conditions, with subsequent temperature and pressure homogeneity in the combustion chamber. The burner is capable of a flow ratio of 20:1. FC burners are metal, offering a lightweight and compact package, guaranteeing easy and safe installation.

ESA FC Industrial package burners are particularly suitable for systems combustion chambers with negative or atmospheric pressure. If the burner is mounted in chambers with positive pressure it’s essential to know the value at the design stage in order to operate efficiently. The FC burner can operate with on-off, dual-stage, or modulating control systems.

Common applications include:

•Hot air generators

•Steam generators

•Incinerators

•Dryers

•Furnaces for cooking food

•Textile and dying machines

Options

Manifold is standard; refractory blocks are optional.
